Emmanuel Terlinden is born on 3 June 1956 and has been a lawyer at the Bar of Brussels since 1980.
He advises large undertakings, SMUs and individuals, essentially in civil and commercial matters.
His notary public’s degree (VUB) has naturally led him to deal with numerous files of property law (successions,…) whether litigations or within the framework of legal opinions.
Supported by several assistants Emmanuel Terlinden sees to maintaining tailored relationships with each of his clients.
As one of the four lawyers who founded the association, he is representing the values the latter has been developing since its creation in 1983, especially through his sense of listening and of the search of creative and pragmatic solutions.
